Human Delta

Human Delta makes a company’s knowledge AI-ready. It connects the help center, docs and support tools, finds the conflicts and outdated facts that AI agents repeat to customers, and fixes them at the source. I was in charge of GTM for the summer with the two founders, selling to support, IT and AI leaders at large companies.

In 3 months I shipped:

The audit tool

I built scan.humandelta.ai, a tool where you can paste a help center URL and it crawls the site to surface broken links, contradictory pages, outdated policies. Every call and message started with it, and anyone who replied got the full report as a PDF.

Outbound

Cold calling. 540 calls, a 12% connect rate, 4 meetings booked. I ran an account-based motion: research the company first, call the decision maker, follow up the same day by email and LinkedIn, and keep following up until they answer. I also wrote the call scripts and playbook we use.

LinkedIn. 6 outreach campaigns in Lemlist, sent from a founder’s account to over a thousand support, IT and AI leaders. Event invites got 15 to 23% replies and product pitches around 20%.

The lists. I built every outreach list myself: 511 target companies, each verified to be putting AI in front of customers, and 2,500+ contacts at those companies, sourced from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, scraped conference speaker lists and enriched with Clay.

Dinners

We hosted dinners at CCW and Ai4 in Las Vegas, and filling the seats was my job. I built the invite lists from the speaker and attendee lists, invited people over LinkedIn and by phone, vetted every RSVP so only decision makers got a seat, and ran the follow-ups after. Both dinners turned into active deals.

Ads

We experimented with Google and LinkedIn ads. I set up the LinkedIn program from scratch: uploaded the 511 target companies as the audience, wired conversion tracking into the audit tool, and wrote the ad copy after reading about 400 ads from competitors to find the angle nobody else was using.

Automations

I built 4 internal automations so the GTM work kept running autonomously:

Handoff

Before leaving I wrote the onboarding guide for the next GTM hire: the team, the pitch, every channel ranked by what actually worked, and their first two weeks.
